Sr. Technical Consultant, Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience; Implement & configure SAP HCM system including Time Management, Payroll, Learning, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development and Compensation Management; Experience in SAP positive and negative Time Management (PCR, Schema, Function/operation) & Configurations along with FI integration; Design, configure & maintain all SAP payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, limit on deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers, off-cycle activity, third-party remittance, accruals, tax structure, BSI, garnishments and reporting; Configure and maintain LSMW(Legacy System Migration Workbench) & SAP queries; Work with integration between Taleo recruiting system, kronos, CATS & SAP; Develop functional design & technical specifications for SAP reports, interfaces & forms. Skills: SAP HCM system, LSMW, SAP queries, Taleo recruiting system, kronos, CATS & SAP.Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in unanticipated locations throughout the US.
